Every order is hand-packed, checked, and shipped directly by our own dedicated team members. This ensures unparalleled quality control, care, and accuracy for your packages.
- Same-Day Shipping Cutoff & Carriers: All orders received before 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed, packed, and shipped out the exact same day. We partner with industry-leading shipping carriers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and UPS, to ensure swift and safe transport.
- End-to-End Tracking & Notifications: You will receive an official tracking number immediately after your order is submitted and processed. To keep you fully informed, you will also receive a notification updating you on the scheduled day of delivery, followed by a final drop-off confirmation notification the exact moment your package has been delivered to your address.
- 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy: We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy starting from the date of your purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be entirely unused, undamaged, and kept inside their original factory or shipping packaging.
- Self-Service Returns & Cancellations: Returning an item or canceling an order is simple and requires no direct contact. Simply log into your customer account on our website, navigate to your "Purchased Products," select "Return" or "Cancel," and confirm. Your refund will be processed immediately upon our warehouse receiving and inspecting the returned package.
